I joined the startup My1HR out of college, where I had the opportunity to wear many hats, including product/project management, sales, marketing, and strategy. I later joined Hyland Software as a Business Consultant, allowing me to combine my passion for business analysis with hands-on technical implementation. At Epicor Software, I led a team of consultants in technical implementation while working closely with sales and product management to optimize service offerings. My passion for helping small startup companies grow led me to join a boutique Workday consulting firm, where I became part of the executive leadership team. This experience gave me the confidence to start Acta Solutions, where our team is building an amazing place to work.
